The idea for the Friendship Center came from some of our friends and neighbors who were caring for ill or elderly loved ones at home.

They told us that they needed a place, a safe place, an enjoyable place where their loved ones could spend some time when their families could not be with them.

Since June 1998, we have worked very hard to make the Friendship Center that place.  Our nurses and CNAs care for our clients and plan activities to make the days interesting and fun.  Lunch is served and morning and afternoon snacks are provided.

The Friendship Center will also be there to support you, the caregiver.  We will have information and programs to help you understand and care for your loved one.

We are very pleaed to be able to offer an adult day care service in Lena for Lena and the surrounding communities. We look forward to serving you.
